A hardware store used a toy truck to hand out change to customers to follow social distancing advice.

Footage shows the shopkeeper placing money and receipt on the yellow toy's loader before sliding it down a ramp to reach a customer in Chonburi province, Thailand on July 25.

The buyer then took the change from the toy before it was pulled back again inside the shop through a string attached to its back.

Amused customer Moo Ping said: 'It was such a unique idea. It was also a fun way to keep distance between the staff and buyers.'
