The Marble Arch Mound in central London appears in a pitiful state after plants have been stripped off, leaving the frame bare, in footage filmed today (Feb 12).

The mocked and criticised tourist attraction, dubbed the 'worst tourist attraction in London' was intended to bring visitors back into the West End, though after a catalogue of disasters and £6million pounds later, the artificial hill did not make any money after admission fees were scrapped.

This week the Dutch architect MVRDV complained that Westminster Council carried out a 'loveless execution' of its design.
