CCTV captured the moment strong wind and rain battered the metal shutters of a factory - before blowing the door down.

The torrential tropical downpour lashed the building in Kamphaeng Phet province, Thailand, on Sunday February 13.

Surveillance footage shows how the 12ft tall metal shutters on the warehouse were unable to withstand the onslaught and eventually crashed to the ground.

Nobody was injured in the incident as those working at the time took cover elsewhere in the building.

Thailand is currently starting to see temperatures rise beyond 30 degrees Celsius as the country moves towards the hottest time of the year. However, the soaring tropical temperatures also lead to violent storms which peak in between July and October.
