Eunice mega storm waves wash woman into the sea at town beach in Cornwall
A very lucky escape as a woman was washed of a sea wall by extraordinary Eustice storm waves. An unexpected wave washed her off and the undertow swiftly took her offshore. Onlookers looked on helplessly until by chance she was washed back in and manages to scramble to safety, but very shaken. The Sea wall at Towan beach in Newquay Cornwall is a magnet for storm watchers although Coastguards have implored people to stay away from the unique Red zone warning which includes this location.
