Catwalk to 'Atomic' by designer house VIN + OMI at ART show at the Dorchester Ballroom on Thursday, 17 February. Science scholars and designers, Vin and Omi have developed a way of fusing chestnut pulp together to make a durable, waterproof plant leather. The show also featured innovations from the designer’s ongoing collaboration with Prince Charles. Willow rods pruned from the Highgrove Estate have been processed into textile. VIN + OMI’s Nettle fabric made from Highgrove nettles were also included in the collection.
