A shopkeeper was baffled after her coffee vending machine was knocked over - before CCTV revealed it was a sprinting stray dog that had accidentally ran into it.

Owner Phawika Ngiabkhokkruad was manning her store in Nakhon Ratchasima province on February 1 when she heard a loud thud outside.

Phawika went to check the source of the noise and found that the coffee vending machine was lying on the ground.

Fearing it could be a vandal, or even a ghost, she combed through the surveillance footage and was shocked that a stray dog was the cause of the broken machine.

Video shows the canine slamming headfirst into the machine while it was running with its pack to chase a stranger.

Phawika said: ‘The dog broke my machine and I can’t find it anywhere near my shop. I just hope it's alright. I'm relieved it wasn't a person trying to damage my store but I'm worried the dog could be hurt.'
