6-month-old accidentally swallows talisman, gets it removed in northern India

A six-month-old baby accidentally swallowed a silver talisman, which the doctors removed without surgery in northern India's Punjab on February 22.

The incident took place in Bathinda.

Visuals feature the doctors conducting an endoscopy and removing the talisman from the boy without operating on him.

Although it's tough to conduct an endoscopy on a child that young, the adept doctors managed to go through with it and retrieved the talisman.

Moreover, the lead doctor, Dr. Gagandeep Goyal, concluded the procedure within three minutes without having to conduct surgery.
