A Chinese man named Wang recorded the video at 11:00 am on February 24.
Wang said in the video: "There are several ATMs on the opposite road, I will go there and show you what does it look like there. You can see that people line up in a long queue to withdraw cash at the ATMs.
"There are seven ATMs belonging to four banks. I came here early in the morning but there are still many people at the moment.
Since Wang thought he would probably be waiting for around two hours in the queue, he went back home.
