At five o'clock in the morning, the city of Kharkov in eastern Ukraine, woke up in the middle of ruins after being the target of severe Russian bombing.

The city was attacked from multiple directions starting with Donetsk and Luhansk as well as the territories of Belarus and the Autonomous Republic of Crimea.

According to a local reporter, the city has suffered heavy loss on both sides. He explains that "the offensive operation was launched using rocket-propelled grenades throughout Ukraine. The use of up to 30 ballistic missiles and all types of jet systems has been confirmed."

Ukrainian President Zelenskyy warned earlier in the evening that Russian forces will storm Kyiv in the early hours of Saturday morning.

In a video message to Ukrainians he warned them to make preparations and be ready for what they will face.
