Pro-Russia counter-protester led away from Ukraine rally by police in London
A pro-Russia counter-protester had to be led away by police from a rally in support of Ukraine outside the Russian embassy in London on Saturday evening (February 26).
It is understood there was a scuffle between the pro-Russia demonstrator - seen holding a Russian flag - and a Ukraine supporter. The pro-Russia demonstrator left the rally after this incident.
However, the Russia supporter decided to return to the rally a few minutes later. A police officer is heard telling him that he "caused a breach of the peace" and encouraged him to leave again.
Police then escorted the counter-protester down the road, where he remained in view of the Ukraine rally.
