Line 17, located in the eastern area, is a major line that runs through the north and south.
The south section (Shilihe Station to Yizhuang Station South) which will be operational by the end of 2021,
has 7 stations with a length of 16.5 kilometers. Transferring to the Yizhuang Line is available at Ciqu Station
and transferring to Line 10 and Line 14 is available at Shilihe Station. Also being one of the lines with
the highest capacity in the subway network, Line 17 has 8 type-A cabins and its operation is fully automatic
with a top speed of 100 km/h. After its opening, 10 minutes will be saved when commuting from Ciqu to Shilihe.
