This footage, filmed on March 5, shows Ukrainian people gathering at the station of Lviv, western Ukraine.

The station is packed with people who have escaped from eastern cities, currently under Russian attack.

Refugees crowd around the tents set up by the humanitarian body "Red Cross", where food and drinks are being offered.

Families can be seen overpacking their cars or waiting in extremely long lines for trains and buses to Poland.

Today (March 6) a new ceasefire has been announced to allow civilians to leave the city of Mariupol. This comes following Russia's violation of a previous ceasefire, declared on Saturday (March 5).

Families could be seen overpacking their vehicles, or waiting in extremely long lines for trains and busses to Poland. Some families sat around fires in barrels to keep warm.
