A police truck carrying almost 30 anti-war protesters was hit by a car and crashed onto its side in Moscow.

CCTV footage from March 6 shows the moment the vehicle collided with a car before flipping onto its side.

According to reports, the truck was on its way to a detention centre carrying 27 detainees who were protesting against Russia's invasion of Ukraine.

No serious injuries were sustained by anyone on board.

The paddy wagon with the detainees collided with a passenger car at a regulated intersection, after which it crashed into a pole and overturned. In addition, a commercial ambulance crashed into the same car, which did not have time to slow down.

At the time of the accident, there were 29 people in the paddy wagon. Five of them are law enforcement officers, the rest were detained for participating in the rally. According to preliminary data, all the victims received minor bruises.
