TikTok star shares 'PLASTIC SURGERY HACKS' to give yourself a 'nose job' and defined cheekbones – all without going under the knife
A TikTok star has gone viral after sharing "plastic surgery face hacks" including how to give yourself a nose job, defined cheekbones and 'supermodel' look – all without going under the knife.
Jadyn Cross, 18, a social media influencer from Arkansas, has shot to fame with millions of views on the site after revealing her expertise – and all you need to replicate it is your hands.
She came up with the techniques after seeing a video of a woman using certain facial massages to help achieve more defined cheekbones.
Jadyn soon began experimenting with other areas of her face, including her nose and jawline – and has shared her incredible results on TikTok, leaving users mesmerised.
“I wasn’t very confident with myself, so I decided to try it out,” she told Jam Press.
“At first, I didn’t notice a difference until I saw a side-by-side picture and I was shocked at how different I looked.
“My face had gotten slimmer, my skin was glowing and I even had more colour to my face.
“Once I started to see results, I just started to massage different areas of my face to see what it would do.
“I would also look up different massages and try them out.”
Here are her tips for different areas of the face, exclusively shared with Jam Press.
NOSE JOB
For the nose, different massages produce different looks, so it’s important to research what type of shape you’d like to achieve.
She said: “If you want a slimmer nose, you should gently massage your middle fingers upwards in a circular motion on your nose bridge.
“If you want to lift the tip of the nose, you should gently glide your index fingers up from the tip, all the way to the top of the forehead.
“[I would suggest] doing these every morning and night.
“For me to see a difference, it took three to four months – but for some of my followers, it only took one or two.
“It honestly depends on each individual person, as everyone is different and will have different time ranges and results.
“Always remember to use a moisturiser when touching your face, as if not, the skin will sag and develop wrinkles.”
REMOVE 'POCKET FAT'
Another one of Jadyn's hacks includes removing ‘pocket fat’ which forms at the corners of the mouth.
For this process, she suggests massaging the area in a circular motion –inside and outside.
After two or three months, results should be visibly clear.
Jaydn’s first reaction after seeing her results was to share her expertise with as many people as she could.
SUPERMODEL JAWLINE
Another face hack includes the so-called "supermodel" jawline, with the video racking up 2.2 million views and over 236,000 likes so far.
In the clip, Jadyn begins by telling her followers that there's three ways to get a sharper jawline.
She reminds people that their jawline might not be the same as Bella Hadid, whose picture is shown in the background, but the results will be sharp just like hers.
For the first technique, she places her thumb at the back of her jaw and pinches the skin upwards using her pointer finger.
For the second, she places her thumb underneath the chin, with her pointer finger on top and pushes upwards, starting at the base of her chin.
Thirdly, she says to take two fingers in the shape of a peace sign and drag them upwards under and above the jaw line.
She says that in order to see results, these massages should be carried out either five, 10 or 15 times - but the more the better.
Social media users love the hacks.
“GIRL U ARE A LIFE SAVER ILYSM,” one person commented. [sic]
Another viewer added: “Me doing this rn bc tomorrow I have picture day at school,” followed by a crying face. [sic]
Someone else shared the science behind these techniques, by saying: “For ppl wondering or wanting more research or videos, it’s called lymphatic draining and can be done on the body as well.” [sic]
“I just wanna thank u so much, I’ve been doing these for a month and I already have a more sharper jawline thank u so so much,” another person said. [sic]
Another viewer added: “Wait I did this all the time without knowing it would sharpen my jawline, I just did it cause it felt good.”
Although many people have dubbed the massages "plastic surgery hacks". Jadyn believes that they are more about developing good skincare and routine.
Doing the massages every morning and night have also helped improve her overall mental health, which is all she wants for others.
She added: “I want to help them develop a routine and gain confidence, whilst improving mental health.
“I feel very blessed and grateful that I’m able to help others and do something I’m passionate about – it’s the greatest thing that’s ever happened.
“I get hundreds of messages everyday, around 250-300, [showing off their results].
“[I think these could replace plastic surgery] if the person is happy with their final look.
“Some may be more drastic than others and some may not be satisfied with their results and still want to get plastic surgery.
“I say it’s just like working out – if you want to keep any gains you’ve made, you’ve got to do it every once in a while.
“It’s also a nice thing to look forward to, as it’s some time to relax and pamper yourself.
“As long as they are happy, confident and thriving mentally, that’s everything I could ever ask for.”
