The rare Tyndall effect was spotted on the tallest building (383.45-metre high) in a city in northern China.

The video was filmed in the city of Dalian in Liaoning Province on March 9.

The Tyndall effect occurs when light is scattered by particles in a colloid (a mixture in which one substance consisting of microscopically dispersed insoluble particles is suspended throughout another substance).

The video was provided by local media with permission.
