CCTV camera captures moment man runs for cover as Russian rockets hit residential area of Mykolaiv, southern Ukraine
This is the moment a man ran for cover as Russian rockets hit residential buildings in the southern city of Mykolaiv.
CCTV footage captured on Saturday morning (March 12) shows the man walking with a bag in between parked cars in a residential complex. He stops and looks up to the sky. Then, at least two rockets appear to strike. A car alarm can be seen going off, the vehicle's lights flashing. The man runs away for cover. In between where the strikes hit appears to be a children's playground.
Mykolaiv, located 470km (292 miles) south of Kyiv, has been under fire for days as Russian forces attempt to win control of key cities on the Black Sea border.
