Watch hundreds of Sisters Uncut activists take over the road outside New Scotland Yard and activate 1000 rape alarms outside Charing Cross Police Station (March 12) one year on from the Sarah Everard vigil that was violently shut down by the Metropolitan Police.

Hundreds of activists took to the streets in Central London with a message to the police that they have not implemented enough measures to prevent violence against women, nor taken enough action against abuses committed within the police force.

With policing powers set to be increased under the new Policing, Crime, Sentencing and Courts (PCSC) Bill, currently in its final stages in Parliament, activists say they plan to resist it by "becoming ungovernable".
