A man had a close shave with death while trying to board a moving train in western India's Maharashtra on March 13. The incident took place at the Wadala Station in Mumbai.

CCTV footage features the passenger losing balance and sliding down in the gap between the train and the platform while trying to board the moving locomotive. Luckily, an alert railway cop rushes and pulls the man to safety to avoid any tragedy.

In a life-saving act, the Railway Protection Force (RPF) constable, identified as Netrapal Singh, showed vigilance and rescued the passenger after he nearly fell in the space between the platform and tracks. Following the incident, the Central Railway praised the efforts of the RPF constable.
