Nature watchers in the Ranthambore national park in northern India got a surprise when a cute-looking black bear decided to chase a much bigger tiger away.

The tables-turned scene was filmed on 8 March as forest guides took visitors around the national park in Sawai Madhopur district in Rajasthan state.

The spectators were stunned to see the smaller black bear come tearing out of the undergrowth and chase the normally fearsome big cat away.
