This is the hilarious moment a woman was flung from a swing and landed flat on her bottom on a beach in Indonesia.

The girl was sharing a romantic moment with her boyfriend as they sat on the rope swing overlooking Senggigi Beach in Lombok Island on March 7.

While they were swaying back and forth, their feet were caught on the ground which caused them to lose balance. Her boyfriend managed to steady himself, but the hapless woman was launched from her seat and fell onto the sand below.

Onlooker Adhe Ningsih, who can be heard laughing hysterically at her friend, said: 'They're both my friends and we were on vacation at the beach. I didn't expect that to happen especially when her boyfriend suddenly bailed out on her.'
