Israeli troops killed two Palestinians in separate incidents in the occupied West Bank on March 15, the latest in a flurry of deadly clashes. Shaham, a man in his twenties, was killed in Qalandia outside Jerusalem, according to the Palestinian health ministry. Israeli border police had said that they fired in response when riots erupted as Israeli forces entered the area to arrest "two people involved in terrorist activities."
