Six-year-old Indian girl breaks records bending her body like a spring
A six-year-old Indian girl stunned spectators and broke a record with blazing-fast yoga moves against the clock on 20 March.
Thejashri, from South India, has been training in yoga for more than two years.
As a part of that study she became good at the Gandaperundaasanam Posture, in which you lie face-down on the floor and then lift your feet over your back, to touch them to the floor either side of your head, then return to the lie-flat position.
It is a challenging move even for supple kids, even more so to do rapidly, but not for this young girl.
She managed to repeat the posture 38 times in one minute, getting her name in the Indian Book of Records in the process.
