No change to fuel prices after 6pm at Tesco or BP on the Isle of Sheppey in Kent, UK
Some UK fuel retailers - notably supermarkets - were expected to cut fuel prices at 6pm this evening (March 23).
The Tesco supermarket in Sheerness, Kent, UK sign board kept the same price before and after 6pm and did not change as captured in this footage.
The price advertised at the nearby Queenborough-based BP petrol station also stayed the same after 6pm as it was earlier this afternoon.
Today, Chancellor Rishi Sunak cut fuel duty by 5p per litre - a change that should come into effect at midnight tonight until March 2023.
