Firefighters catch escaped alligators at Chinese aquarium
Firefighters caught escaped alligators at an aquarium in southwestern China.
Video filmed in the city of Zhaotong in Yunnan Province on March 23 shows firefighters catching an alligator escaped from a pool and using a rope to tie its mouth up.
Another fireman held an explosion-proof steel fork to keep watch on the other escaped alligator laying on the ground.
According to reports, an employee in the aquarium forgot to turn off the water when filling it into a pool, causing the two alligators to escape from it.
After around 40 minutes, the two escaped alligators were both caught by the firemen.
The video was provided by local media with permission.
