Elephant Lakshmi is being raised in the temple. Although there is a shed for the jumbo it missed the water badly that left this jumbo cranky some times. So the temple authorities built a Bath Tub along with the shower. This helps the elephant to escape from the scorching heat of the sun. Lakshmi enjoyed soaking in the shower and the bath tub. She was so excited and played with water like a kid and it was a blissful sight for the temple devotees
