Power cuts hit London's Canary Wharf after a fire at an electrical substation in Poplar on Tuesday 29 March.
The evening power cuts affected thousands of people in the area.
In footage filmed at Canary Wharf during rush hour, public clocks were displaying the time it was when power was lost, and a shopping centre was plunged into darkness.
