Police stop seven-seat minivan carrying 22 adults in southern China
2018年6月13日下午，广西龙州交警在例行执法时查处了一辆超员面包车。经查，该面包车为7座面包车，然而经过座位改装实载22人，执勤交警对超载人员卸客转运，依法暂扣违法车辆并对驾驶员唐某某执行严厉处罚。
2018年9月26日上午，龙州县人民法院开庭审理了这起案件，为了教育广大司机，将法制宣传教育最大化，法院邀请了交警同志、面包车司机及其他群众到庭审现场进行旁听。
检察机关公诉人认为，被告人唐某在从事旅客运输时，无证驾驶核载7人的机动车搭载22人，属于严重超过额定乘员载客，其行为触犯了《刑法》的规定，犯罪事实清楚，证据确实、充分，应当以危险驾驶罪追究其刑事责任。根据《中华人民共和国刑事诉讼法》相关规定，提起公诉。
龙州县人民法院经过审理，认为公诉机关起诉案件事实清楚，证据确实、充分，当庭宣判：被告人唐某犯危险驾驶罪，判处拘役4个月，并处罚金4000元。（视频由广西台提供）
