This is the moment villagers carried their neighbour's entire HOUSE to another location in the Philippines.

More than 20 men helped a family transfer the stilt house into a new lot in Sarangani province, on February 22.

Villager Jerian Santillan said the family's movable house was taken to another street because the lot's original owner asked them to leave.

He said: 'They did not own the lot where the house previously stood. Good thing their house could be moved around with the help of some people.

'I was very excited and happy to take the video because it's been a very long since the last time I witnessed a Bayanihan.'

Bayanihan is a rare but enduring tradition mostly in the rural Philippines where a family asks for help from neighbours when they want to move their home into another location. Houses are usually made from light materials like coconut lumber but would still require at least 15 men to carry.
