'Flooding on River Raisin poses problems for people of Dundee'
'Attention-grabbing footage filmed by Chelsea O'Haver in February 2021 shows the newsworthy state of River Raisin after the water flow was interrupted by ice jams.
The aforementioned turbulence caused the water levels to rise significantly, resulting in flooding.
"River Raisin was flooded due to the snow and ice, and then the warm weather started melting it all," Chelsea commented.
The filmer made sure to highlight the severity of the problem in question by showing floodwater fully covering a walkway, as well as reaching the level of the bridge in sight.
