Violent Rollover Crash Leaves One Dead, Two Seen Running from Wrecked Vehicle
HOMELAND, CA - On 04-02-2022 at about 11:30 pm, Cal Fire responded to a solo vehicle rollover collision near the intersection of Highway 74 and Juniper Flats Road, in Homeland, CA. Arriving crews located a blue SUV with major damage rolled on it's side. One fatality was confirmed on scene. Two parties were seen running from the vehicle. According to witnesses, the vehicle was high speed prior to crashing into a fence, taking down a street sign and rolling. It's unknown at this time if the deceased is the driver or one of the occupants seen running from the crash site. It's unknown if drugs or alcohol were a factor in the crash.
