Car made a poor and late decision to chance lanes, pulled in front of the cam car and then brake checked th cam car.
The cam car is travelling in lane 1 and then moves left to join a slip road. A blue car in lane 2 pulls from lane 2 to lane 1 and onto the slip road, and then brake checks the cam car causing his speed to drop from 48 mph to 33 mph. Dangerous actions and caused by a lack of forward planning.
