Cyclist weaving across the road, looking at his phone, pulls to the wrong side of road to let car past and thewn seems surprised when car wants to turn right
A cyclist is weaving all over the road. and apparently texting or looking at his mobile phone. The cam car has to slow as the cyclist is weaving down the middle of the road. He then realises that he is being followed and moves to the right, and slows further across the road down which the cam car is trying to turn. All on Valentine's Day, maybe he's just being romantic?
