Snake tries to catch gecko on kitchen wall in Vietnam
This is the funny moment a snake tried - and failed - to catch a gecko on a kitchen wall in Vietnam.
Both reptiles were spotted crawling on the kitchen wall in An Giang, Vietam on April 4. The hungry serpent struck at the gecko multiple times, but failed to catch the large lizard in its jaws.
Seemingly annoyed by the persistent predator, the gecko then retaliated, lunging at the snake and biting it before falling onto a stack of pots. The snake was forced to retreat without a meal.
Onlooker Le Thien Tai said: 'The last animal standing wins. The gecko was the victor.'
