Wind causes tiles to peel off building and crash down onto pavement in southern China
Strong winds causes large tiles to peel off a building and fall onto the pavement below in Xiaogan, Hubei province.
In the video filmed on April 12, a large area of tiles fell off the outer wall of the building before hitting the sidewalk.
According to the witness, Mr. Zhou, the ceramic tile itself may have been a little loose and was blown off by the wind.
Later police came to the scene and helped arrange for maintenance personnel to check the external wall.
