On March 20, a 4-year-old boy fell into an open manhole in Faridabad, India who was meandering to a nearby shop owned by his father but fell into the opening instead, leaving him stranded for over 5 minutes.

A neighbor seeing the incident began to shout for help, drawing the attention of heroic passerby Noni Dhawan, who stopped his bike and pulled the boy out to safety.

The child is unharmed and the manhole is now covered.

A four year old boy who fell into an open manhole was rescued by a passing biker , the entire incident caught under the cctv camera installed there at a small factory building .
The incident which happened on 20th March came to light recently after a local NGO shared this video with local administration demanding to cover the manhole .
The area where the incident happened is called NIT area number 5 of Faridabad in Haryana . Child grandmother tells that her grandson was going to his nearby father shop like everyday , while walking he didn't saw the open manhole and fell into it . Infront of the manhole a lady was on her roof , she saw the entire thing and raised alarm . Listening the lady shouting a bike rider named Noni Dhawan who was passing the area stooped his bike and ran towards manhole and quickly rescued the child from the manhole .
Noni tells while he was crossing the area he heard the lady and baby crying voice from the manhole , the child was there under for 5-7 minutes.
After several complaint the manhole was covered .
