What landing at the 'world's most dangerous airport' looks like from the cockpit
This is what landing at one of the world's most dangerous airports looks like from the cockpit of a plane.
Footage from 2020 shows an aircraft landing at Tenzing-Hillary Airport, Nepal. The airport is 9,337 feet above sea level and is surrounded by mountainous territory.
Another clip shows the view from inside a plane's cockpit as the aircraft lands on the airport's short 1,729-foot runway.
At the end of the runway is a steep 2,000-foot drop down into a mountainous valley.
