Doorbell footage shows mountain lion visiting a man's front porch after it was repeatedly spotted in the neighborhood
This is the scary moment a mountain lion came right up to a man's front porch on an American street.
Kevin Prince had spotted the animal wandering in his Hollywood Hills town and decided to set up a camera to identify it.
He was keen to determine whether it was P-22 - a mountain lion that became famous after it was snapped near the iconic Hollywood sign 10 years ago.
Footage shows the big cat walking right up to Kevin's front door and having a nose around his porch.
And the National Parks Service later confirmed the animal in the footage is indeed P-22.
It normally spends most of his time in the Santa Monica Mountain National Recreation Area, but has been known to wander at night.
The video was filmed on April 5.
