A 45-year-old woman fell into a manhole that was left open on a road in Patna, Bihar.

CCTV footage recorded on April 21 shows the woman named Seema Devi talking on the phone before falling down into the open hole.

The 45-year-old was then lifted out of the manhole by a group of onlookers.

Fortunately, Devi only suffered from minor injuries and was told to rest by a doctor.

A women named Seema Devi (45 years) feel into an open manhole while she was talking onto her phone and didn’t noticed the open manhole . The incident happened in Patna’s Jalla road area on 21st April around 5:15 PM in evening .
In the cctv footage Seema can be seen talking on the phone while walking on the road , a battery rikshaw came infront of her and she didn’t notice the open manhole and fell into her , locals there ran to rescue her and pulled her out . The lady got minor injury and after first aid doctor advised her for bed rest .
The entire incident captured under cctv clip installed there at a house . According to locals due to the careless approach of municipal corporation the manholes are open inviting accidents
