Missile strike on Odesa apartment building kills at least five
A three-month old baby was among the victims of a Russian missile attack on an apartment building in the southern Ukrainian city of Odesa on Saturday 23 April, officials said.
This video contains mostly exclusive footage (00:24-01:11) of the incident. It also includes short clips from Ukraine's UNIAN Pool (00:00-00:11) and SES (State Emergency Service of Ukraine) Pool (00:12-00:24).
The missile struck the block of flats in the Kyiv district of Odesa at about 14:35 local time. It started a fire on the fourth and fifth floors of the building, which was extinguished by around 17:00.
At least five people died and 18 were injured, officials said.
Two people were rescued from the rubble of one home that caught fire.
