Thieves used JCB machine to steal ATM machine in Maharashtra Sangli
In a bizarre incident of theft , thieves used JCB machine to steal money from atm in Maharashtra’s Sangli district on 23rd April night .
As seen on CCTV footage installed in the ATM of Axis bank a person is seen getting into the ATM after which going out abruptly. After this, a JCB machine is seen smashing the glass door of the ATM. And with the help of the JCB, thieves digged out the entire atm machine in an attempt to steal 25 lakh rupees cash I to it .
According to the police station incharge of Miraj Gramin Chandrakant Bedre mentioned that the ATM machine which was stolen on the intervening evening of April 22-23 belongs to AXIS financial institution.
Inspector Bedre mentioned that the thief first stole the JCB from a nearby petrol pump after which it was used to steal the ATM.
but the thief was not successful to open the cash box and unable to steal it , We discovered the stolen JCB and in addition discovered the ATM machine. There was Rs. 27 lakh money within the ATM machine police added
police are investigating the CCTV footage of the petrol pump from the place the JCB was stolen and also from ATM . Soon the culprits will be nabbed
