"This mantis species is considered one of the largest and strongest mantids in the world, capable of taking down even small rodents and birds," Bruno wrote.

The filmer made sure to record the entire process of the mantis capturing, eating, and finishing its prey.

"It took around 45 minutes, and I used time-lapse, so the viewers could see and experience this whole natural process in a more interesting and amazing way," Bruno added.
