The glass bridge is named "Bach Long" the meaning of white dragon.
Bach Long glass bridge was built at a tourist and resort complex in Muong Sang commune, Moc Chau district, Son La province. The bridge will be started in 2021 and inaugurated on April 30, 2022
Bach Long Bridge has a total length of 632 m, with the part crossing the cliff being 290 m, on the cliff 342 m. Under the bridge is a 150 m deep abyss, creating a sense of adventure for tourists traveling on the top. The width of the bridge deck is 2.4 m, and the upper part of the cliff is 1.5 m. The type of glass on the face is super tempered glass consisting of 3 layers, 40 mm thick.
The glass bridge installed an eye-catching lighting system and simulated sound to increase the experience. At the foot of the bridge is Muong Mooc cave, also known as Chim Than cave, with natural stalactites and stone sculptures.
Mr. Hoang Manh Duy, Head of the Project Communication Department, said: Bach Long Glass Bridge has completed the procedures for recognition of Guinness World Records and is waiting for the registration of "The longest walking glass bridge in the world". It is expected that Guinness will announce in May.
The ticket price to experience the glass bridge is 20 USD / adult, 10 USD / child 1-1.4 m tall.
Visitors coming here will experience the glass bridge spanning two mountains 285 m long, 2.4 m wide with huge glass panels. Apply 9D effect technology with 60 simulated visual and sound effects to create a feeling. The bridge has been appraised according to international standards. There are also many points designed to have a panoramic view of the resort so that visitors can comfortably take the best photos.
