Rare albino crow amazes zoo-goers in Malaysian capital

Visitors to a zoo in the Malaysian capital were surprised to see a rare white crow on display recently.

The unusual specimen at the zee on KL Tower has albinism, a genetic mutation that prevents the production of melanin in the body leading to a complete lack of colour.

According to experts, an albino crow hatches once in every 10,000 eggs.

They don't usually survive the first year as they are too predator prone.

This clip was filmed on May 1.
