A woman rescued a frog that was stuck in a brand new car's bumper in Thailand.

Driver Ratchaneekorn Poncharoen had just returned from a funeral when she noticed the frog's legs protruding from the front of her car when she arrived home in Chaiyaphum province, Thailand on November 21.

Using plastic gloves, she held onto the amphibian's legs and tugged gently to free it.

She said: 'I drove through a paddy field before finding the frog. I think it happened to be jumping when I drove into it.'

The frog then hopped away unhurt towards the family's garden.
