The Guardians of Traffic are a series of 43 foot tall Art Deco statues that watch over the Hope Memorial Bridge and downtown Cleveland, Ohio.

At the top of one of the statues, carved from a giant sandstone slab, a tree has begun growing, and blows in the wind, as the camera pulls back and pans around the Cleveland horizon.

The local baseball team recently changed their name from the Cleveland Indians to the Guardians, and changed their logo to one inspired by these statues.
