Section of Barking Road, East Ham, blocked off following a serious car accident
Police at the scene reported there was a collision between two vehicles from opposing lane at 5am. The occupants of the Mercedes & BMW were treated for injuries. A taxi driver's vehicle and a parked car were also damaged by the collision but only sustained cosmetic damage.
The scene will remain cordoned off until an emergency unit arrives to remove the vehicles.
