A plastic bag blown by the wind wrapped around a scooter rider in central China.
Video filmed in the city of Zhengzhou in Henan Province on May 6 shows the bag wrapping itself around the unsuspecting rider who was looking at his phone.
The man named Feng who is the owner of a car repair shop said it was windy on that day and he was sitting on his scooter in front of his car repair shop.
The footage shows Feng getting off his vehicle to wriggle himself free from the plastic.
