Rapping science teacher goes viral with his catchy educational songs
**CONTAINS COPYRIGHTED MUSIC** A rapping science teacher has gone viral with his catchy educational songs that kids say they sing to themselves in exams to help pass their GCSEs. Matt Green, 33, has been teaching for ten years and now boasts over 200,000 followers on TikTok where he posts a new rap for part of the science syllabus every two weeks. A former full time teacher, Matt left his state school job last year and now runs a booming tutoring business that has already employed 70 people in five years. Having dabbled with rapping while studying at the University of Kent, he says he started with short raps while he was a teacher that kids loved. Since posting new content on TikTok he's become a viral sensation, with kids constantly posting that they know his songs word for word. Currently uploading a video every two weeks, Matt aims to cover the entire GCSE science syllabus - which he expects will take him years to finish. "Any money I get though will just be used to re-invest in getting better quality videos and audio, or hiring people to help improve the process so I can put out videos quicker".
