A woman living in Padang, Indonesia, rents a house just so she can take care of up to 500 stray cats.

Salmati, 33, pays 5 million Indonesia rupiah (£278) per year for the hundreds of felines that she has rescued from the streets.

Every day the 33-year-old provides the cars with healthcare, vitamins and food which she says costs around 10 million Rp (£557) each month.

Salmati said she is helped by donations to her cause.

Every day, at home, Salmiati provides health care, giving vitamins and eating.
