'Performance artist pretends to be a statue to pull a scare prank on kids '
'Funny footage has surfaced of a performance artist pulling off a public scare prank.
The artist in question, who goes by "A Living Statue," can be seen freaking out two kids, much to the delight of the passers-by.
"I was pretending to be a cast-iron pirate statue and when these kids came to take a closer look, I moved and 'surprised' them, haha," the subject said.
This amusing video comes to an end with the artist taking a group photo with a bunch of people who got a kick out of him pranking the curious younglings.
